LUNDD Denmark s. m. b. a. (LUNDD) accepts payments made by credit card, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal, and MobilePay. The payment is taken from your account upon despatch dispatch.
All prices are listed in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT).
LUNDD uses an approved payment server that encrypts all card information using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol). This ensures that no unauthorised parties can access your information.
LUNDD packs and ships goods on the same weekday for orders placed before 12pm.
Standard- and free shipping is non-registered priority airmail. The responsonsibily of the shipment passes to the customer when we deliver the shipmet to the carrier.
A surcharge is charged for registered and insured shipments.
All responsibility for taxes, duty, customs etc. rests with the customer.
In accordance with Purchasing Law, a two-year warranty is provided. Our warranty covers errors in materials and/or manufacturing.
Warranty does not cover errors or damages incurred due to incorrect usage of the product and/or service. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product and/or service, including postage. It is recommended to ship the product as a tracked shipment.

We do not accept any payment-on-delivery packages.
Refunds of the original purchase amount will be sent to the same origin from which the original payment came (bank, credit card, etc.)
We offer returns for all products purchased in our online shop within 14 days.
This period starts on the day you receive confirmation of your order.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the order.
Cancellations must be announced at latest 14 days after your purchase, and from the date of this notification, you have 14 days to return the order.
This notification must be sent to email@example.com with the subject "Return" and the original invoice number. This notification must clearly state that you wish to invoke your cancellation right. You may also use our standard cancellation form and return the order that way. You can find the cancellation form here.
Condition of the product upon return
You are only responsible for any degradation of the value of the product incurred by usage of the product that falls outside recommended usage, pertaining to its kind, properties, and functions. In other words – you may test the product the same way you would in a physical shop.
Should you attempt to use the product in other ways than described above, we consider the product to be used, which means that any cancellations of this kind will result in either a partial or no refund, depending on the resale value of the product.
In order to acquire a full refund, you must handle the product the same way you would in a physical shop. You may test it, but not actually use it.
The company understands and respects the importance of privacy on the internet. The company does not reveal client/user information to third parties unless absolutely necessary in order to carry out a transaction. The company does not sell your name, address, email address, credit card information, or personal data to third parties without your explicit consent.
